Hi friend, i am so excited you’re investing in your health & trust me to help you along the way! If you don’t know me, I’m a military wife and fur momma. I’ve been in the health and fitness industry for 9years now, am certified in personal training and sports nutrition. My journey with health and fitness started just simply wanting to feel better about myself with some at home workouts that eventually grew into a passion to help others do the same.
